This is a small emergency downlight measuring only 50mm diameter and fitting a cut-out of only 38mm.
Selectable manual or automatic self-testing via switch on case side.
Supplied with a white and a black facia.
Supplied with interchangeable open area and corridor lenses.
1W, 3 hour duration.
150 lumens in emergency mode.
MAINTAINED OPTION:
This product can also be supplied as a non-switchable maintained emergency light.
This means that the 1W LED is illuminated at all times and cannot be switched.
This is a useful option where locating or breaking into existing circuits is not practical, and for premises where it is easier to run a separate circuit for the emergency lighting.
Manual or self-testing can still be selected on this product.
This downlight is 105mm in diameter and fits an 87mm cut-out. It is supplied with interchangeable open area and corridor lenses.
Mode: NM3, manual testing or automatic self-testing selectable by installer.
Light output in emergency mode is 160 lumens - open area.
An optional bezel is available for oversized existing holes. This trim has an overall diameter of 170mm and can be used for holes from 92 to 140mm diameter.
LowGlow emergency downlight has been developed to overcome the problems associated with sleep disturbance caused by green charge indicators on emergency lights when they are installed within bedrooms and other sleeping areas.
When there is a normal level of natural or artificial light the charge indicator operates at normal brightness to facilitate ease of inspection. When the lighting is a very low level, the charge indicator's output drops to a very low glow.
The LowGlow downlight is IP54 rated as standard so that it can also be used within en-suite bathrooms to reduce sleep disturbance.
The downlight is a 3 watt unit providing 330 lumens in emergency mode and operates in the non-maintained mode.
The diameter of the downlight is 60mm for a 50mm cut-out. A bezel for over-sized existing holes is available and that is 140mm in diameter.
