Our vapour-proof fittings are designed for harsh environments with an IP66 rating, an impact rating of IK10, a polycarbonate body and diffuser, and fitted with stainless steel diffuser clips.
There's a poured neoprene gasket, and the diffuser/gear-tray assembly lifts away in one piece and is retained on nylon retention straps to make the fitting easy to work on.
Each fitting is supplied with stainless steel mounting clips so that the fitting can be fixed to a surface or suspended without the need to drill the enclosure.
A 20mm IP66 cable gland is provided for end-entry, and there is a 20mm drill-start at the blank end for through wiring.
Energy-efficient, they offer flexibility for the installer with a selectable colour temperature of either 3000, 4000, or 6000K.
Each unit also has selectable power at four different levels so that the installer has a wide choice of options for integrating with existing luminaires, or being able to meet any specific needs that the client has for their own visual comfort.
Versions with emergency gear and/or microwave sensors have the kits pre-fitted and tested at our own modern production facilities in Hertfordshire meaning that the products arrive ready to install on site straight out of the box.
Each vapour-proof is 80mm deep x 71mm wide. Product lengths are:
4 FOOT: 1150mm
5 FOOT: 1450mm
6 FOOT: 1750mm

LED VAPOUR-PROOFS
Our normal carriage paid order value is £150.00 net. This covers all packages up to 1300mm in length so if you are ordering 4 foot/1200mm products, this still applies.
If you are ordering 5 foot/1500mm or 6 foot/1800mm length fittings then the carriage paid order value increases to £350.00 net due to the increased charges that we receive from couriers.
Below £350.00 order value a £35.00 net charge applies.
The £350.00 value can be made up by any mix of products such as bulkheads, exit signs, or anything else, if you are placing a small order for longer length products and wish to avoid the additional charge.
